Youth Ministry at Holy Spirit
The mission
of the Office of Youth Ministry is rooted in the Catholic Church and
the Diocese of St. Augustine. The office is committed to assisting
parishes in the development of ministry to, with, by and for young
people. The office serves the parishes of the Diocese of Saint Augustine
and its young people through adult development and youth empowerment
through formation opportunities, consultation and resource services. The
office helps parishes and their leaders focus on the three goals
outlined in Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth
Ministry:
1. To empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today.
2. To draw young people to responsible participation in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic faith community.
3. To foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person.
Youth Group Meets Saturday Nights, 6:30 P.M. in the Social Hall
